Sika® Intraplast® N-200
EXPANDING GROUT ADMIXTURE
Sika® Intraplast® N-200 is an expanding grout admixture for pressure/injection grouting. By introducing into the concrete mix, wet volume expansion and increased fluidity without segregation are produced.
Usage
Intraplast® N 200 is used to increase flow and cohesion in cement grouts (addition of sand is possible) and to develop non-shrink property. This product can be used for grouting of :
- Pre-stressed cable ducts
- Rock and soil anchoring
- Bearing plates
- Pre-placed aggregates
- Tunnel linings

12 months from date of production if stored as per recommendation.
Storage Conditions
Store properly in dry conditions in undamaged and unopened original
sealed packaging. But after opening, it should be consumed within one
month & should be packed properly after use.

MIXING
Add directly to the cement / water mix in the mixer.

CLEANING OF TOOLS
Clean all tools and application equipment with water
immediately after use. Hardened/cured material can
only be mechanically removed.
Recommended Dosage
0.40% by weight of cement (200 gm per 50 kg bag of cement).
